Electronic Meetings:
These guidelines were written for a generic organization. The organization can decide which of the four virtual meetings meet their needs. Throughout the year, they may use all 4 methods. Each method is handled slightly different. I deliberately did not explain the different procedures used by Zoom or Go to Meetings as these procedures seem to be changing ever so often.
